It’s that time of year again when I feel so blessed to be able to gather the bounties of the earth π up here in Alaska is a super food that grows in the early spring. Jam packed with vital vitamins and nutrients these would be a great sustenance to add to your diet. I love to pickle the fiddleheads and my son enjoys them throughout the year. It’s important to blanch them before consumption to rid the natural toxins. I use a 50/50 mixture of apple cider vinegar and water, salt and pickling spices to taste. Bring to boil and jar accordingly. Enjoy! Bless and be blessed π

So cool!! When you say you jarred them, did you pressure cook them? Iβve only used my pressure cooker for canning fish. βΊοΈ
